On top of that, each month you will have to collect payment from your tenants, and if you do not receive it from a certain person you will need to get in touch with them to find out why. If you are not organized you will soon enough find out that being a landlord is more difficult than you ever thought. And if the day to day organization is not difficult enough, you must also remember that you will be responsible for taxes and other yearly accounts.
